In just trying to get this thing started, I thought I would just post some of my favorite pics from the past... I have taken a little recovery time, and am now getting back to work! So check back, and hopefully many new shoots and new details to follow!!

I think I was about 8 years old when my grandma gave me her vintage camera. I was often found snapping pictures from then on -- during family vacations, at birthday celebrations, of my sisters making silly faces... But when our first child was born 11 years ago, I started realizing the passion I truly had to create a beautiful photo. I still love to take milllions of photos of my kids doing everything from running a race, to laughing at their crazy dad, to trying on my shoes, but also love to step into other people's lives and catch their laughs and bright eyes as they reveal little pieces of their personalities.
